01 Boxing 101 Stance, guard, the first four punches and how not to get hit. Eight-week beginner cycle — no experience, no gear, no ego required. Mon / Wed / Sat · All levels 02 Competitive Team Amateur fight prep — sparring, corner work, cutting weight the sane way. Coach-invite only. We take bouts, not selfies. Tue / Wed / Fri · Invite 03 Conditioning Roadwork, rope, bags and misery in 45-minute rounds. The engine room behind every good boxer. Hardest hour of your week. Mon / Thu 6AM · All levels 04 Youth Gloves Ages 8–15. Discipline, footwork and confidence — no head contact, ever. Half our coaches started exactly here. Fri 5PM · Ages 8–15
